It was a long night in a cold Ohio November when I came up with the name.  Well, actually, Config's Business Manager and Treasurer John McFarland came up with the name, when he teased Joe Rinehard and me:  "You're still working on that jambalaya thing?"  All I did was come up with the spelling (which I believe is unique), and the acronym to match.  As the snow started falling, I started thinking about the warm Gulf region, and spicy Creole dishes like jambalaya... and then it hit me!

Joombalaia!
